For over decade, Amy was responsible for analyzing new opportunities as well as successfully executing on development deals. She was an integral part of the growth of the company and has overseen dozens of ground up developments of varying complexity and scale. Amy is detail-oriented and hands-on from property acquisition to grand opening while she coordinates a broad range of development activities including site due diligence, research, project management, permitting and tenant development services. Amy excels at cultivating relationships with and garnering the respect of staff at various municipalities in the area and with tenants.
