  • Successfully lead a team to deliver the HR aspects of complex transfers from two overseas Units to a UK University. Transferred 1600 staff (local and UK contract).
  • Successfully lead the HR aspects of a charity TUPE transferring out to become an independent entity. Project managed to tight deadline of only 4 months.
  • Organisation lead for Pay and Reward workstream during a merger of 9 organisations.

  • Accident reduction strategy introduced to minimize accident claim costs and improve procedures, leading to no successful claims made since its introduction. Cost saving for the Store.
