o Served as project manager on eight separate building renovations for corporate office spaces. o Responsible for managing and maintaining simultaneous project budgets totaling $475,000. o Introduced the use of 3D modeling tools, such as Google SketchUp, and developed new drafting standards in AutoCAD for renovation projects-- improving the presentation and communication of design options to project stakeholders.o Created construction documents for all building renovations which included demolition plan, proposed floor plan, RCP and lighting plan, elevations, FF&E and floor pattern plan.o Designed new department layouts with Herman Miller and Steelcase systems furniture for moves and reconfigures.o Acted as project manager and design lead for the renovation project of the executive boardroom, waiting area and elevator lobby to improve the overall aesthetics and presentation tools for Executives. Project scope included new lighting, new furniture and materials, along with installation of new conferencing system, network, and AV equipment.o Managed the move of 100 staff members and initiated new strategies for completing the move, such as organizing and overseeing vendors to handle the initial setup of computer workstations-- reducing the time and effort required from our internal resources.

o Collaborated with the Owner & Principle Designer on all aspects of design and construction for residential and commercial projects; including material selections, scheduling, ordering, installation and final project inspection. o Successfully co-designed six retail store spaces including space planning, merchandise layouts, lighting designs, custom ceiling details, as well as organizing onsite progress reviews with sub-contractors. o Created construction documents in AutoCAD and Chief Architect daily. o Worked independently to develop space planning, selection records, construction documents and 3D space models clients after initial meetings. o Acted as a Co-designer for four projects that received awards at the 2011 National Kitchen and Bath Association-Minnesota. o Developed selection records and schematic drawings to communicate design features to clients, installers, manufacturers and fabricators. o Represented the company at various events including Parade of Homes Fall 2010, Remodeler's Showcase 2011, Parade of Homes Spring Preview 2011, Home & Garden Show 2011 and the Minnesota State Fair. o Directed multiple professional photo shoots upon project completion for local publications. o Worked directly with subcontractors for multiple projects in residential, retail, corporate and trade show booth design regarding scheduling and completion dates. o Worked with Owner & Principle Designer to stage showcase homes in the Parade of Homes Fall 2010 and Remodeler's Showcase 2011.
