I served as vice president of marketing and business development at CRA International, a global economic litigation and business consulting firm. During my tenure at CRA, I recruited and established a new marketing and business development team, launched a new corporate brand (including a new website and all collateral), introduced and executed business development plans for key practices, developed the firm’s first experience database, and initiated a strategic internal communications program designed to reinforce the firm’s vision and priorities.

While at Nixon Peabody, I introduced and executed formal business development plans for every practice in the firm and launched a client satisfaction initiative, which included an annual client satisfaction survey, relationship review meetings with key clients, and the creation of client service teams for high potential and growing clients. I also rebranded the firm and launched the firm’s first national advertising campaign. In addition, I initiated and managed an attorney coaching program.
