Her focus is on enabling new sources of revenue for the company through a combination of legal and business insights.Before her role at HP, Amy served as VP & Associate General Counsel at Meta, overseeing legal product matters for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Ads. Her leadership was instrumental in the international expansion and product launches at Meta. Amy also led the legal team for Oculus VR, scaling legal support for Oculus' transformational hardware and software businesses.Amy’s extensive experience in the tech industry is further bolstered by her work at Intel Corporation, where she led legal efforts for new devices and served as Chief Integration Attorney during Intel's acquisition of Altera Corp, overseeing the integration of thousands of employees across the globe. Before joining Intel, Amy began her career in prestigious law firms, focusing on corporate transactions and patent litigation.Beyond her corporate roles, Amy is deeply committed to nonprofit board service. She has served as President and Chair of Challenge Success, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting youth and mental health as well as a Board Member of Big City Mountaineers, an organization that provides backcountry trips for youth from disinvested communities.Amy holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and is a Fulbright Scholar, which reflects her academic excellence and international perspective.
