Raised on an active family dairy farm with herd of 40 milking cows, 40 heifers and calves. Parents planting and harvesting corn, soya beans, barley, hay and other test crops on a rotational basis. My first job was on the family farm, doing milking, feeding, cleaning and seasonal chores, recording cattle markings for registration and visiting local agriculture fairs and farms in Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry.
