All sections of courses are delivered in sequence for half a semester, with Career Development II preceding Career Development I, to align with the campus recruiting activity in the College of Business and Innovation (COBI). Courses are delivered face-to-face and online synchronously and asynchronously.●Retooled and innovated curriculum regularly based on industry trends to ensure students are exposed to hands-on techniques and technology that promote their personal brands and the probability of being discovered by employers.●Offered individualized career advising and coaching to students focusing on issues of career/major indecision, resume writing/critiquing, recruitment, interview preparation, performance, and follow-through, job search strategies, networking, LinkedIn development, and personal branding.●Fostered relationships with recruiters and employers by inviting them to engage with students in classroom, resulting in passive sourcing, and potential referrals.●Consulted with relevant administrative and faculty personnel to ensure students’ progress is aligned with College vision and mission.●Regularly engaged in service that fosters comprehensive promotion of College, community, and association branding.
