I was privileged to spend time as Technology and Communications Manager at Longue Vue House and Gardens in 2019-2020. Refreshing their equipment and server was a project of which I'm very proud and something for which they were in dire need.Earlier in 2019 I took a six month hiatus from working to help restore and sail a boat from St. Martin to the Dominican Republic - a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity I could not pass up. The skills and knowledge I garnered from this experience cannot be measured.My past position as Technology Trainer for Kean Miller kept me on my toes onboarding and training employees at every level - from COO to file clerk. Having provided onboarding at Runnels School in the past as the new parent/teacher liaison prepared me for any type of customer service or teaching environment. My extensive knowledge of MS Office Suite and Open Office, Google Apps, Camtasia, FileSite/iManage DMS, VOIP Phones, LMS Management, Content Management Systems, InterAction (CRM), Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Nuance PDF Converter, SharePoint, InDesign, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Facebook, GoToMeeting, and GoToTraining makes me a well-rounded addition to any office environment, especially a creative one. Document, content and image management for Runnels.org and Snippics.com has provided me with additional organizational skills valuable in any office. I have a creative, patient, and diplomatic style. I am a multifaceted, savvy person with excellent communication and organizational skills and am an extremely flexible and quick learner who looks forward to new challenges.
