Amy M. Ross is the Director, Financing & Collateral Operations at Morgan Stanley. As the head of two Derivatives & Repo Trading teams, Amy provides an exceptional experience for 500+ institutional clients, oversees strategic objectives & day-to-day operations, and builds long-term, trusted relationships with stakeholders, partners, and senior executives.Amy joined Morgan Stanley after 10 years at BNP Paribas. At BNP, she held various roles including Analyst, Derivatives Collateral and Operations Manager, Corporate & Investment Bank Collateral. As a Senior Onboarding Manager, Amy moved to London, founded the international Security Services team, and onboarded large US and European asset management clients. Amy began her career in OTC Derivatives Operations at Citi. A problem solver who views complex challenges as innovative opportunities, Amy aligns the mission and priorities of her team with the strategic vision of the business. Recognized throughout her career as a legal & regulatory requirement expert, Amy excels at reducing operational risk, evaluating unique business situations, and managing projects & processes in dynamic, ever-changing environments.Amy is a strong communicator who puts people at ease and explains complex concepts concisely.
