• Simultaneously leading 3 scrum teams leveraging Servant Leadership, an industry leading tool for agile management. Running daily standups to collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and other Agile Delivery Managers in order optimize execution efficiency and focusing on delivering the highest return on investment for the company.• Realizing that a team was unfamiliar with agile, created and executed training sessions for that and future teams. Training included Agile foundations and techniques, trust building activities, and team independence to execute against a set of prioritized business requirements. Results included transformation of a silent, non-participatory group of individuals into a vocal, empowered, collaborative, and high performing team. Team member surveys indicated improved team morale by 85% and improved Agile execution velocity from 18 points per sprint to 24 points per sprint.• Enabled faster new member onboarding by pairing them with existing members as well as holding overview sessions and creating team pages for checklists, How-To’s, and general team information. Post-onboarding surveys indicated 9/9 (100%) felt supported and felt most items were covered well.

Facilitated the creation of Team Working Agreements and Ceremony Guidelines with the team. • Using Agile SCRUM methodology, designed, developed, and tested a Perl based tool that provided modularity metrics. This tool reduced cost by reducing build time and assisting developers in making their code more modular, less complex, and more easily maintainable.• Using Perl and Expect, created a program which builds a product, transfers the image to a filer, and then reboots and configures the filer. This utility significantly reduced cost by fully automating a manual 45 minute development process, which was often executed several times per day manually, and reduced the duration down to 15 mins.
