Account Executive, Large Group Commercial Sales
CurrentResponsible for the retention and management of existing commercial fully insured and self insured large groups (100-500 contracts) customers for Capital BlueCross and its subsidiaries for an assigned book of business. Previous experience with small and mid-market groups (1-100).Met and exceed defined retention and ancillary sales goals over 5 yearsExperienced in small group market account management in PPACA (1-50 contracts) Experienced in large market account management (100-500 contracts) for both fully insured and self-funded groups Work strategically with our underwriting team to negotiate on large market fully insured and small business self-funded segmentContribute to the growth and profitability of Capital BlueCross through strategic management of existing group business as well as adding on additional ancillary revenue sources.Develop and maintain executive level/decision-making ability to grow and strengthen client and broker relationships. Develop and execute account management, renewal and sales strategies that are aligned with customer objectives and financial positions. Successfully developed strong relationships with internal business partners that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot issues related to my book of business and delegate accordingly to appropriate support areasCultivate strong partnerships with brokerage firms to help drive retention and membership growth
