Following completion of a Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of San Diego in 2017, I obtained RN licensure for California and the Compact States, via Texas. I am currently a Registered Nurse in the ICU and the Palliative Care Resource Nurse at Suburban Hospital, Johns Hopkins Medicine. I also hold active RN licensure in D.C..My short-term objective is to provide high-quality nursing care. Long-term objectives include gaining additional experience in acute/intensive care, palliative care, and bioethics. Key areas of interest include advocacy, policy, leadership, mentorship, and education; I am specifically interested in facilitating learning and career development, and expanding palliative and end-of-life education and resource use for practitioners in critical care. I am a dedicated, versatile, driven, and creative individual who strives for excellence in every endeavor. National and international volunteer and employment experiences have helped me build skills in project development and coordination, research, health promotion, teamwork, health education, and care delivery.
