- Human Resources lead on recent organisational restructure (including working closely with the Executive Team on identifying the preferred structure, verifying this with external consultants, scoping change management documents and rolling out the new structure across the organisation);- Human Resources lead on the proposed Port sale project (including working closely with the Executive Team and external consultants in gathering the required human resources information and identifying and problem-solving HR-related issued regarding the Port sale);- Performance management (including providing advice and support to the Executive Team and operational and administrative line managers regarding performance issues and recommendations on improvement options);- Regular identification and implementation of efficiency measures across the organisation;- Involvement in the negotiation and implementation of all enterprise agreements across the organisation;- Review and implementation of human resources policies across the organisation;- General HR support, coaching and advice to staff responsible for people management.
