About Amy M. Zucchero

Dynamic development executive with 25+ years and a proven track record of scaling organizations, teams, and models. Extensive experience in revenue generation and building and retaining transformative relationships with stakeholders.I joined IGNITE in 2015 and since then I've spearheaded a fundraising and communications strategy that quadrupled the organization's revenue, by broadening brand recognition, deepening relationships with high net worth individuals, and securing long term partnerships with nationally recognized funders. Prior to IGNITE, I was a part of the founding team at the Representation Project where I raised significant funds and national attention for the organization’s efforts to challenge the media’s portrayal of women and girls. I was also instrumental in raising production funding for Jennifer Siebel Newsom’s documentary The Mask You Live In. Early in my career I spent seven years with the Women’s Funding Network, a global association of foundations investing in women-led solutions, where I designed national funding initiatives to distribute over a million dollars to community led solutions. My specialties: Major Donor Revenue Generation; Brand Development; Governance; Building Inclusive Teams; Program Design, Implementation and Evaluation; Event Design and Management; Grant Making, Grant Writing; Public Private Partnerships; Community Relations.
