I have the great privilege of working along side the first Regenerative Organic certified almond orchard in the world, Burroughs Family Orchards. My specialty is helping them grow and manage their CPG brand. The Burroughs Family believes farming regeneratively is the key to helping protect our planet. Understanding unique needs and challenges and provide ongoing support to address them.Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by creating industry-specific content, presenting at conferences,trade shows and participating in webinars or panel discussions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and research, to align client strategies with broader company objectives.

In 2017, I founded Savor Charcuterie, a small business that I grew from a hobby in my own kitchen to a full-on brick-and-mortar location in 2020. As the sole owner and CEO, I managed all aspects of the business and achieved sales of over $800k in just three years. I brought on a business partner in 2021 and continued to oversee daily operations as CEO. In June 2022, I successfully sold Savor.During my time at Savor, I was responsible for brand development, including building a strong social media presence with over 30k followers, creating and managing a website, and establishing a robust email list. I also secured strategic partnerships and corporate accounts and was instrumental in helping the creation of a new category for food facility shops within the health department. In addition, I oversaw the creation and innovation that kept Savor at the forefront of the charcuterie and cheese board market. My successes included opening the first shop of its kind in Central and Northern California and pioneering a new way of entertaining and eating through the development of fully curated, shippable charcuterie boards that were shipped nationwide. I managed a team of 25+ employees and was responsible for the financial management of the business.
