Led the expansion of phenomenal engineering teams across the FinTech, Trust and Safety, Risk, and Data organization of 1,500 engineers.Uber grew from 5,500 to 40,000 during my four and a half years with the company. We built a world-class recruiting organization that empowered extraordinary growth.
