Amy is currently the Senior Vice President of Trading Operations at MIAX Exchange Group. She is responsible for creating, implementing and supporting the standard operating procedures for daily options trade support for the MIAX Exchange Group's Options and Equity Markets as well as QA for all business functionality across all trading system platforms. Amy is involved in tool design, trade system functionality and rule writing. Amy is also responsible for the daily operations of the Listings department.

As the Vice President of Trading Operations at Miami International Holdings, Inc., Amy was responsible for creating, implementing and supporting the standard operating procedures for daily options trade support for the MIAX options market. Amy was also involved in tool design, trade system functionality, rule writing and testing.

Amy E. Neiley was the Director of Market/Trading Operations at NASDAQ OMX PHLX SM (PHLX®) where she was responsible for the trading floor and all trade support, system support and listing support for the NASDAQ OMX options markets. Her team oversaw the trading of equity options, Sector Index Options and World Currency Options at PHLX and equity options for The NASDAQ Options MarketSM (NOM). She was also responsible for the operational oversight of the NASDAQ OMX Futures Exchange (NFX).
