As a dedicated member of the marketing and communications team, I specialise in designing and developing impactful marketing for the charity. This includes print, digital and fundraising materials for our supporters. My role involves collaborating closely with the wider team to create marketing campaigns and donor journeys using email marketing (Mailchimp), direct mail and campaigns to ensure our supporters are effectively communicated with.I take pride in creating the artwork for our bi-annual magazine, Lift Off, utilising my experience in Adobe InDesign to bring stories from our former patients, aircrew and charity team to life.

During this role, I supported the fundraising team and the charity's community fundraisers. This included being the main point of contact for the fundraiser, organising collateral for the event, requesting volunteers to attend if appropriate and hosting the cheque presentation/visit to our Operations Centre post event.I was also involved with the organisation of internal events such as our Silver Jubilee Ball, Air Ambulance Week & Challenge Events.I also assisted the digital and creative team with design and digital support. This included designing promotional materials for our events and fundraising schemes, email campaigns and social media scheduling.

As a catering assistant I was responsible for:- Food preparation- Food hygiene- Health and safety- Day to day kitchen duties

I studied a two year introduction to publishing course which included various modules such as, copy writing and editing, visual design.
