Amy O. Le, PharmD, BCPS, FCSHP, received her PharmD degree and completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF). Since joining Kaiser Permanente in 2006, Dr. Le has held many positions including Drug Education Coordinator, Project Manager for Regional Drug Use Management, Ambulatory Pharmacy Services Supervisor and Residency Program Coordinator. As a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist, Dr. Le helped to establish the regional Neuro-Oncology Pharmacy Service in 2016 and the regional Coagulation Disorders (Hemophilia) Pharmacy Service in 2017. Dr. Le remains an active CSHP member serving in officer and committee positions at both the state and affiliate chapter levels. She is currently the Diablo Affiliate Chapter President.
