Working directly alongside the Head of Marketing, I continue to lead the wider content and social strategies for CPN's Advertising Services brands (GradTouch, graduate-jobs.com, and Kaampus). Within the first three month of my new role, I generated a 475% increase in organic social reach (7,295 users in April 2021 to 41,958 users in June 2021).At the end of Sept. 2021, I also took over paid advertising for Careerpass Network; designing, testing, and optimizing new Facebook ads for blue-chip clients such as PwC, American Express, Jaguar and Land Rover, leading to a a 320% increase in clicks to jobs across GradTouch in October 2021.One of my first projects to take the lead on was Careerpass Network Advertising Solutions' university outreach project, which made it possible for our brands to return to on-campus careers fairs and events after a critical two-year absence (due to COVID-19) in March 2022.As of March 2022, I began implementing new SEO and link-building strategies across the Advertising Services brands (email outreach, guest blogging, competitor analysis, keyword research) in order to increase organic search traffic and candidate acquisitions.

Working closely with the Group branding team, I developed the GradTouch tone of voice and brand identity to reach over 135,000 social media users by strategically creating content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, increasing organic engagement and content views.I also generated a number of key reports on Excel and PowerPoint to monitor and meet our KPIs, analyse demographics, content performance, and organic reach while optimizing website and social content and streamlining workflow by creating my own cross-brand content marketing team, leading to faster turnarounds and improved collaborations. Additionally, I created supplementary written content such as weekly advice articles, newsletters, eBooks, website copy, press releases, and various marketing and sales collateral across GradTouch and the wider Group brands.

Just before lockdown, I began working as a freelance social media manager and content creator, where I produced educational content for fellow digital marketers looking to sharpen their SMM skills, and also assisted a number of small businesses in defining their online brand strategy through creative copy and 1:1 digital coaching.In addition to helping these businesses define their brand identity and key performance metrics, I utilised my knowledge of the Instagram and Facebook platforms to streamline sales and conversions by setting up Instagram Shop features and utilising targeted Facebook ads and analytics alongside SEO to increase blog/website engagement.I also wrote and edited a range of content pieces (articles, blogs, press releases) for my client's sites to help raise brand awareness and attract online audiences.

Little Door Books is an award-winning, family run, children's publisher based in the Highlands of Scotland. My key responsibilities included:Directly increasing advance sales for their new titles by transferring data from Advance Information sheets (AIs) into Nielsen Bookscan Database, which also resulted in higher visibility to booksellers. I also liaised and coordinated with company founders, freelancers and independent marketing agencies while building their launch campaign for their then-upcoming "One Button Benny " sequel. This included utilising analytics and social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to highlight key avenues of promotion and creating a graphic advertisement concept to serve as the main promotional image of the company’s 2020 marketing campaign - which was later brought to life by the book's lead illustrator and featured in The Bookseller industry magazine.
