Member of the Bristol Myers Squibb Global Engineering & Facilities (GEF) leadership team providing strategic leadership for the Global Facilities Operations (GFO) Team covering a diverse portfolio of R&D, Product Development, Corporate Head Quarters and Commercial offices sites in North America, United Kingdom, Belgium and Switzerland. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams that: - Successfully constructed and started-up the Rzeszow, Poland site with 0 injuries and full compliance with all local regulations and necessary EHS permits in place.- Reduced the recordable injury rates at the CA site from 1.53 in 2007 to 0.41 in 2011. - Achieved Cal/VPP Recertification (San Diego site)- Successfully obtained an updated wastewater permit and 26 new/modified air permits simultaneously from SDAQD.- Improved EHS compliance in key program areas at the San Diego site (air, water, waste management, industrial hygiene, job hazard analysis and ergonomic safety) as exemplified through grassroots program development, successful agency inspections, and a 25% improvement in UTC Assurance Review Score.
