As a result oriented professional I understand what a high level of customer service looks like. I deliver the best service no matter the situation. I started in the world of finance/mortgage in 1985 in the collections dept and have enjoyed a rising career through hard work. Since then I have held positions such as collector, loan processor, underwriter, senior mortgage underwriter, loan originator, branch operations manager and many more. It has been an adventure with lots of learning and hands on experience along the way. In 2012 I took a sabbatical due to personal reasons and ended up enjoying my time at a veterinarian office, who doesn't like doggies and kitties all day. Then in 2017, I decided that I miss the intensity of the market and decided to take a position at one of the leading Title/Escrow company. After 5 years in Escrow the market change forced me to reassess my place in the Real Estate industry. I've made the difficult decision to leave an industry that I've been a part of since the 1980's and move to a field that I feel passionate about. Although I am in the administrative office and not patient care, I feel that I will be an asset that will support the care providers in this very important oncology practice. I have been invited to be a keynote speaker at professional groups as well as social groups including (BG Chamber of Commerce, Young Professionals of Lake Oswego, Lions Club, PRA Public Relations, North County Professional Social Network and more).
