As the Director of Sales and Marketing at CompIQ, my mission is to expand our customer base and showcase our top-tier products, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of the market.My extensive background as a Senior Account Executive at ExamWorks, Inc., where I dedicated 27 years to Independent Medical Examinations (IME), has equipped me with the insights and strategies necessary for success. Over the years, I've developed a deep appreciation for the intricacies and demands of this industry, enabling me to provide exceptional service to my clients.My journey in the insurance industry began as a Workers' Compensation Specialist at Heritage Mutual Insurance (now Acuity Insurance), where I gained valuable foundational knowledge. This early experience paved the way for my extensive and rewarding career.Throughout my career, I have actively engaged with the Workers' Compensation community in various appointed roles. Notably, I served as the Treasurer for the Milwaukee Insurance Adjusters Association and contributed as a steering committee member for the Wisconsin Workers' Compensation Forum. These roles have allowed me to collaborate with industry peers and contribute to its growth.My passion for making a positive impact extends beyond my professional work. In 2018, I was honored to be appointed to the Board of Directors for Kids' Chance of Wisconsin, an organization dedicated to providing scholarships to the children of workers who have been seriously or fatally injured on the job. In 2022, I was elected by the Board of Directors to the Officer position of Treasurer, and I continue to be dedicated to the mission of this vital organization. Most recently, I was elected as the Executive Director for the Wisconsin chapter beginning in 2024.Additionally, I was chosen as an Ambassador representing the State of Wisconsin by the Board of Directors for the Alliance of Women in Workers' Compensation, an organization who advocates for the advancement of women in this field.I prioritize continuous learning, professional growth, and community engagement and I'm passionate about building lasting connections within the industry and beyond.
