Responsibilities include preparation and processing of forecasts, running various sales and CRM reports, providing technical support and training for various types of computer software, managing accounts payable process, and managing local vendor relationships and contracts. Developed graphic identity for wide range of New England clients for use in printed material and communication to customers by Herman Miller and dealer sales personnel.• Worked along side sales people to prepare responses to RFP’s using RFP express, design skills and overall knowledge of Herman Miller and the certified dealer network. Results included visually stimulating and content rich RFPs that set Herman Miller apart from our competition at this critical stage in the evaluation process. • Design of the internal Herman Miller Field Sales Directory (Face to Face).Organize and lead event planning for high profile events taking place in the Boston Market resulting in successful events that present Herman Miller’s capabilities and values to our top corporate clients and top A&D clients.• Responsibilities include managing the entire process from invitation and sign design, logistics, catering, operations and coordination with corporate HMI and marketing of event.
