Worked closely with product and engineering teams to deliver user-centered experiences for mobile and web-based enterprise construction management software. Provided structural, interaction, and interface, and visual design direction and documentation as needed. Plan and carry out user research throughout the design process. Contributed to research ops by providing resources, templates, and feedback on test planning, test design, and analysis to other team members. Coordinated User Research booth at Viewpoint's annual Collaborate User Conference, which held more than 140 customer and user research sessions over 3 days in 2019. Collaborated with third party research partners to develop role-based user profiles. Facilitated design thinking exercises with users and internal teams. Mentored summer interns and junior designers.
