Amy Pratt is a Director of Sales - Real Estate at Dallas Cowboys at Dallas Cowboys. Colleagues describe them as "Amy has that unique, intangible IT factor when it comes to managing others. When I initially began working for the Cowboys I was in a completely different dept. but in the same office as Amy and her team. While I tried my hardest to make a name for myself as I arrived early and worked late Amy was the person that noticed although it had no bearing to her own department. Later, after I graduated college, Amy gave me an opportunity to work in the group sales department at Cowboys Stadium w/ Legends and mentored me through the sales process.
