Working in customer service, I helped elevate the customer experience by addressing special requests and personally handling large and/or customized parties. Lead trainings and management of new employees, educating on our computer systems, company policies and procedures as well as information on our yachts and their capabilities.

This internship allowed me to work in various aspect of layout. Reporting directly to the creative director I had a great opportunity to pick up tricks of the trade and frequently design layouts. I also was responsible for scanning, selecting photography, advertisements and archieval work.
