As a fitness instructor and personal trainer my responsibilities are to provide well balanced, safe and structured training programmes to clients of various abilities. My job is to educate people on living a healthier, more balanced lifestyle as well as challenging them physically on the gym floor. I also Instruct circuit classes for members of Pennyhill. This requires planning fun, yet taxing sessions for a mixture of ages and abilities.

I provide sports massage to athletes that belong to Windsor Slough Eton and Hounslow AC. My role is to help manage and prevent injury through various techniques, whilst giving advice on strength and conditioning to improve overall fitness.
