Currently completing my registrar program in clinical psychology. I am passionate about providing person-centred, evidence-based therapy. I have experience working with many presenting issues including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and disordered eating. I use a range of therapeutic approaches in treatment including CBT, DBT, metacognitive therapy, and ACT.
