Managing and directing the daily operations and activities of a full-service library; supervise, schedule, train, evaluate, and coach all staff. Oversaw Keystone Grant for building addition of $500,000. Total new wing project completed on time and on budget; total cost of $1.3 million including furnishings. Wrote and received grant from Harry C. Trexler Trust for $25,000 for building addition.

Birdsboro, Pennsylvania

Increased circulation 8% over prior year figures through community engagement and exceptional customer service.Wrote and received grant from Pennsylvania Department of Education for $9,000 for Makerspace for youth and teens.
