The Tax Institute is Australia’s leading professional association and educator in tax providing the best resources, professional development and networks.My role at The Tax Institute was to assist in the project management of Continued Professional Development seminars and conferences for tax professionals. Within one month of commencing employment I took over the state operations portfolio of all half and full day seminars and two signature conferences. My responsibilities included:- Project management from program development, speaker management, marketing, delivery and follow up- State Operations portfolio including; four full day and five half day seminars, and two annual signature conferences: WA Superannuation Intensive and WA Tax Intensive- Delivery of events in first six months of operating year ahead of budget- Implementation of additional revenue raising seminars: Cryptocurrency 101 Twilight and South West Tax Intensive - Marketing and brand management; design and implementation of printed convention brochures, weekly HTML newsletter, targeted marketing emails, app design and one-off marketing tools such as social media videos, upcoming event flyer in print and HTML email format - Stakeholder management; including volunteer professional development committee, Young Tax Professionals series, local and interstate speakers, sponsors and suppliers- Sponsorship; in attendance for a relationship management meeting for recurring sponsor- CRM management; including setting up and maintaining events online, member database management, financial reporting and tracking

My role at Multi-Color was primarily to provide support and maintain relationships with my customers as part of a team with my Sales Manager.
