I have a passion for building high performing and rewarding workplaces in the dental industry. In 2018, I co-founded the Virago Group as a recruitment agency for the purpose of providing a 'Best in Market' customer experience for my clients. I focussed on delivering opportunities for amazing people who shared the same passion for creating positive and rewarding workplaces. I also represented women fairly in the dental industry and provided a support network for dental professionals.In 2019, the Virago Group established its capital arm by providing investment opportunities for private clients in the dental industry. We completed our first acquisition of a family dental practice in Western Sydney, which was followed up by a 'design and construct' project in Penrith less than a year later. In 2021, the Virago Group acquired a family dental practice in Fairfield and in early 2022 we took over a 5-chair practice at Westfield Mt Druitt.I have over 15 years' of dental assisting and practice management experience at a number of high profile dentists in Sydney and Brisbane.
