• Project Management: Lead and guide clients through the entire project life cycle, use kanban board to stay organized and keep clients informed of each phase of the project to ensure project success and client satisfaction.• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Document goals and requirements with the target audience in mind, proactively anticipate challenges and risks, research solutions, audit websites, and make recommendations.• Web Design: Create sitemaps and wireframes to communicate with clients, write and edit content, and select and optimize photos to develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites and landing pages. Provide ongoing post-launch support.• Communication: Conduct in-depth client interviews to identify pain points and opportunities, develop tutorials and documentation to ensure smooth project closures.• Collaboration: Collaborate with clients across diverse industries to design, redesign, and maintain websites and landing pages that meet their unique needs and objectives.
