CurrentAmy Johnson is a Managing Director and Head of Debt Advisory for the Investment Banking group. As a member of the Technology Banking team, Amy brings 20 years of experience executing M&A and capital markets transactions for companies within the Digital Infrastructure ecosystem. In her role as Head of Debt Advisory, Amy leverages 25+ years of debt capital markets experience and institutional relationships to arrange senior and junior debt financings for clients across D.A. Davidson's Technology, Diversified Industrials and Consumer verticals. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Amy served as a managing director and head of debt advisory at The Bank Street Group LLC. Previously, she led the U.S. asset-backed finance business at Swiss Bank/SBC Warburg (now UBS) and was with Chase Manhattan Bank. Amy graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor's degree and concentration in finance.
