I ensure that all marketing activity fits with the agreed strategy to assist the growth and the development of our services. My role includes attracting and securing new clients, overseeing event organisation, project management, PR and communications, and digital marketing. I also head up our Client Engagement team.🗂Assisted by five team members, I plan the development of all marketing communications and oversee new business.📈 Our online and digital presence is responsible for around 15% of turnover and this continues to rise each year. 🖊️ I have completed the Chartered Institute of Marketing Certificate, Professional Diploma, and Postgraduate Diploma, and have 18 years’ of experience in a marketing role. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿In April 2013 I was appointed as one of the youngest non-lawyer salaried law firm partners in Wales at the time, then in July 2020 was invited to become a business owner at JCP. 💙 One of my newest internal roles at JCP is the Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion committee. This is something I am passionate about and look forward to developing for the business, working alongside #TeamJCP.🗞 I have been listed in the Western Mail’s ‘35 under 35 to watch’ and was highly commended in the Rising Star Category of a South Wales Evening Post’s Women in Business Awards.🟢I have been a board member of Swansea Bay Business Club since April 2013. My team at JCP plays an active events management role for the monthly networking lunches as one of the Club Partners. In January 2024 I became Club President, a role that I will keep until January 2026.🔴I am also a committee member for the South West Wales Brain Injury Group (SWWBIG). The committee's objective is to promote brain injury awareness in the local community and through the group my team run an annual South Wales Brain Injury conference for around 200 delegates.
