As a management consultant who grew from analyzing pension plans to managing HR M&A deals, Amy has developed strategic and operational HR capabilities with a strong financial aptitude and passion for developing people, programs and culture. She specialized in human capital aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through all phases of the deal lifecycle. Her experience in People & Organization includes HR value creation, compensation and benefit programs, workforce analytics, organization design, diversity and inclusion. She has deep technical capabilities in data analytics, project management, business development, client interaction and building teams. Since COVID, Amy has been on a mission to empower women to achieve financial freedom. She volunteered in multiple personal finance platforms, authored a book, and founded a women-focused DAO (decentralized organization) that also serves as a non-profit foundation for onboarding more women into blockchain and technology; supporting founders, developers and women in tech. Amy has received a global Top 10 Women in Web3 Changemaker award by Near Protocol, as featured on Forkast and Yahoo Finance in 2022.Amy has demonstrated excellence and grit throughout her life, from her experience as a National Figure Skater (representing Malaysia) to securing a full academic scholarship in college and becoming an accredited F.S.A.
