Project Coordinator
Current-Recruits, trains, and manages dozens of Independent Contractors, guiding them across the finish line as they perform weekly audits at various retail locations across the United States-Collaborates with a cross-functional team of data analysts and quality assurance personnel to streamline project workflows, insure data quality, and improve operational efficiency.-Brainstorms, creates, and distributes marketing material using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite-Conducts training sessions for new Independent Contractors on the use of software, company protocols, and best practices to maintain a high standard of data collection.-Addresses and resolves project-related issues promptly, using Apollo software to track and document resolutions, minimizing disruptions and maintaining project timelines.
