Following a team restructure my role transferred to The Supply Chain Academy (part of the Uniserve Group) and extended to support the development needs of both internal and external clients predominately within the supply chain and logistics sector.A dual role supporting apprenticeships and early careers as well as management and leadership development.

Responsible for the development and management of the Early Careers, Apprenticeship, Graduate, Work Experience, and Intern schemes.- Providing support for interns, apprentices, and graduates pre and post appointment- Design of roles aligned with apprenticeship standards to maximise learning opportunities- Providing coaching, mentoring, and pastoral support.Supporting managers of apprentices- relationship management, support, and coaching from design through to management of apprenticeship roles.Training Provider Management-managing the relationship between the business and our various apprenticeship providers including independent training providers, FE colleges, and HE universities.- working in partnership with our providers to ensure the best outcomes are achievedEstablished and manage our early careers community networkCoaching 1:1 through our internal coaching offeringDelivery of Insights Discovery - Understanding yourself - Connecting and adapting with others-Team effectiveness sessions including team wheels-1:1 coaching sessions based on individuals profilesDelivery of Management Development Programmes.
