As Business Development Manager, I supported and expanded the organization's growth model through lead generation and client retention. As the Communications and Technology Specialist for CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services of Tennessee, I utilized communication, resources and technology to create employee benefits portals, created custom employee education guides, prepared total compensation statements, and assisted our clients with industry specific projects. Internally, I delivered important and time sensitive mass communications, analyzed and built reports, trained employees on our client management system and document management system, and utilized a variety of technology platforms.

I began my career as a Consultant for the Mississippi State Personnel Board in the Human Capital Core Processes division. As a Consultant, I performed classification, compensation and organizational studies for several State Agencies. I guided agency directors and human resources managers in making formal personnel requests to the State Personnel Board within the parameters of policies and procedures, including but not limited to: reallocation, creation of agency specific job classifications, reorganization, creation of type duty location pay scales, Fiscal Year Budget Requests, and Fiscal Year conversion. This experience allows me to identify and anticipate the challenges executives and human resource managers may face.
