I serve as Director, Operations and Talent at Alaant Workforce Solutions, which is recognized as a national leader in helping employers attract, acquire, engage and retain premier talent. A member of the senior management team, I am responsible for daily operations at Alaant, overseeing critical areas ranging from contracts and employee relations to IT and administrative functions. I also provide expertise in managing federal, state and local government RFP and procurement processes.Starting with a 3-day temp assignment at a staffing firm, I now have more than 25 years of industry experience, including 15 years of account management. I excel in guiding clients seamlessly through each step of the hiring process: defining the role, competitive analysis, recruitment, selection and onboarding. Taking a consultative and supportive approach, I have successfully recruited top-notch employees to fill engineering, technical and warehouse roles, among many others. In my off hours, I love to whip up gourmet meals for my family and friends; serve as a board member for Greenbush Child Caring, a non-profit school-age child care organization; and root like crazy for my hometown Red Sox, Patriots or Bruins, depending on the season
