Executed national program management responsibilities, including the creative direction of online campaigns for the state’s manufacturing center. Built and launched lead-generating content. Collaborated closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, program managers, and external partners, to gather content, provide creative guidance, and ensure accuracy and relevance of marketing materials. Key win included leading the buildout of an innovative manufacturing extension program from the ground-up during onset of COVID pandemic; program was initially intended for state manufacturing but quickly transformed into a consortium for all businesses.

Partnered directly with Governor's office to execute strategic initiatives on economic growth. Built trust and relationships with key community stakeholders across fast-growing targeted sectors. Developed and implemented a unified and strategic communications and marketing plan for the department and its divisions. Handpicked as Temporary Public Information Officer for the Governor’s Committee on Simple, Fair, and Low Taxes (April 2017 – July 2017); role required the development of key communications and collateral to support Gov. Eric Greitens analysis of Missouri’s tax structure and recommend comprehensive tax reform legislation.

Spokesperson for the Department directing all communication functions, including media messaging, website production, publication creation, video production, and advertising. Led a team of high-performance content producers and communication specialists in line with agency objectives. Led the development and deployment of a new career pathways program during a period of high unemployment; program was an immediate success and eventually rolled out to the entire state.

Combined strong creative skills with technical expertise to produce engaging and visually appealing content that effectively communicated the agency's initiatives, programs, and services to diverse audiences. Wrote and produced all public service announcements for radio, print, and video. Developed new website for Missouri voters. Created publications for various programs, coordinated press events, and improved office processes.

Performed relevant storytelling in both reporter and anchor roles. Utilized various sources such as public records, legal documents, databases, interviews, and confidential sources to uncover facts and evidence. Conducted interviews with relevant individuals, including whistleblowers, witnesses, experts, and insiders. Presented news stories to the audience in a clear, engaging, and professional manner. Collaborated with producers, directors, camera operators, and other staff members to ensure a smooth and successful broadcast.
