Current• Created the Go-to-Market 2024 CRM roadmap for the business and developed the sales enablement program for Telus Foodservice CRM within the Away from Home Foodservice Sales team (150 users)• Owned the Telus CRM vendor relationship and directed internal solution development work, project management, and QA for the monthly software release cycle• Developed a food service CRM user support process, created a user onboarding program and training library with 50+ videos, established document governance management process within CRM to manage 1000+ seller materials, and hosted monthly Office Hours to drive user adoption• Implemented sales planning objective process to drive targeted sales activity within CRM (Win: Cheez-It Bonus Blast CRM objective drove market share increases in SKU in K12 market)• Integrated external consumer goods data sources, including Tibersoft and Compass national account sources, to CRM• Established data & duplicate management, territory operations, and account management processes for the Sales Operations department
