DN is a $3.9B public fintech and retail software, hardware and services company connecting commerce for a connected world via ATMs, self check out technology, interactive video teller machines, payments solutions, etc. Reporting to the Software COO, I have responsibility for Software Maintenance and Support, Professional Services in global centers of excellence, and SaaS Operation functions for the Banking segment. P&L responsibility of $121M. 600 FTE across multiple geographies. In this role, I have spun up teams from scratch, optimized existing functions to exceed revenue, margin and customer sat targets, and established new operating models.

SumTotal is a private equity, $160M enterprise SaaS software company empowering organizations through talent development of their employees using a full suite of Human Capital Management products. They serve multiple industries including biotech, airlines, retail, banking, pharmaceutical, government, manufacturing, etc. I reported to the CEO and managed the full P&L for our global services business, with end to end responsibility from sales through execution, including partner and reseller program oversight. My team of approximately 150 employees included sales, consultants, project managers, developers, QA and PMO resources.

NCR is a $3.9B public software, hardware and services company impacting how the world interacts and transacts. Industries include Financial, Retail, Hospitality, Travel, Telecom, Cinemas, Stadiums and Arenas, etc. I last held Chief of Staff responsibilities for the SW Maintenance and Support organization of 1000+ resources in 27 countries, along with being directly accountable for building a services enablement team from the ground up. Chief of Staff role was comprised of representing SW Maintenance in overall business transformation efforts, collaborating with other function heads to ensure implementation and post-implementation customer success, and overseeing special projects. Examples of projects included leading M&A activities for M&S, establishing a customer satisfaction survey with improvement targets and establishing a common set of KPIs.Prior to taking on Chief of Staff, I managed 24x7x365 support teams across multiple On-Premise and SaaS solutions. My team of 140 FTEs spanned US, UK, Brazil, India and Australia. In this role, I built a reputation for introducing consistent processes and making use of broader NCR efficiencies to improve customer experience. I also was recognized for mentoring and coaching top talent to distribute and strengthen leadership across NCR overall.

Radiant Systems was a mid-sized global technology provider to the Hospitality and Retail industries, with 1500 employees and offices in 4 continents. Radiant was acquired by NCR in 2012 for 1.2B. During my tenure, I had roles with consistently increasing responsibility. When acquired, I was reporting to a Senior Sales Leader and accountable for managing multi-country Development, QA, Professional Services and Support for Cinema, Stadiums/Arenas and Travel industries in the Americas, India and Australia. Among other responsibilities, this role involved off-shoring and on-shoring teams to drive efficiency and cost savings. I also managed the maintenance product roadmap, working with clients, Account Management and Product Management to set priorities.While with Radiant Systems, I spent 5 years in a senior customer success role, responsible for growth and satisfaction of the largest accounts in my division, managing teams toward strong relationships at all levels of client organizations. I handled all aspects of relationship management including; sales and forecasting, strategic planning, project management, issue resolution and troubleshooting, release planning and dispute resolution.
