Led Prime's legal efforts in the areas of litigation and dispute management and provided work direction to a team of legal professionals. Also provided strategic advice on complex legal and contract scenarios and served as the point of escalation and key partner to leadership across all functions of Prime.

Provided legal advice and support to Prime’s human resources team and assisted with oversight of Prime’s employment and general business litigation activities. Led and oversaw review and development of Legal and Human Resources protocols, procedures, policies and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
