Hello! I’m Amy Tesa, a sophomore majoring in Finance at the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. I’m actively involved in Delta Sigma Pi’s Financial Operations Committee and the Arizona Strategy Program (AZSP), where I’ve been enhancing my leadership, financial, and strategic thinking skills in preparation for a career in consulting.In Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity, I help manage an $80,000 budget, organize finance workshops for 150 members, and play a key role in the recruitment of new members. These experiences have strengthened my ability to lead teams, navigate complex challenges, and make data driven decisions. Through AZSP, I’ve had the opportunity to refine my strategic problem solving abilities by engaging in case exercises and leverage experienced consulting mentors.Looking ahead, I’m eager to pursue a career in strategy consulting. What excites me about consulting is the opportunity to tackle significant challenges and help organizations drive lasting change. I’ve learned that effective strategy is about more than just analyzing data, it's about creating actionable insights that drive measurable results. My experiences so far have developed my critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills, and I’m excited to apply them to help businesses navigate uncertainty and reach their full potential.
