I love collaborating in challenging, creative, and equity-based initiatives that generates a sense of purpose as well as helps people feel like they can bring their authentic selves to work. This includes intentional partnership with clients and colleagues on strategic DEI initiatives that “rise the tide that lifts all boats”.
