Amy is an ICF certified coach with over 15 years of experience in mind body connection, group facilitation, performance, & course creation.Founder of In Resonance Coaching & Performer / Producer of Sundari Studios, Amy has had the privilege of offering her work and performance on national and international platforms including; Wanderlust Whistler, Ted X Calgary, & Bali Spirit Fest. She has had the privilege of collaborating with international teachers, Janet Stone and Meghan Currie, and provided vocal instructions for various trainings & studios including Meghan Currie’s Bali YTT, Radiantly Alive Studio in Bali, and locally with Yoga Passage, Danielle Pechie, and independently through In Resonance Coaching.Currently, Amy offers individual and group programs designed to help women develop the clarity and confidence to speak up, communicate effectively, and open their voice through practices of toning, sound, and song. You can catch her weekly on Facebook live offering music and blogs specific to developing more effective communication skills, overcoming the challenges of communication, and connecting to one’s power through voice.
