Flying Pigs Sanctuary, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal micro sanctuary located on Lemon Lane Farm in East Tennessee.Our mission is to offer the best possible healthcare, nutrition, and housing to our animal residents. We welcome and love all species when we have the appropriate resources but we specialize in supporting and rehabilitating pigs who fall out of moving trucks and still have a chance at living a full life after treatment and recovery.

Developed and managed inside and outside sales team for an animal health care supply company. Provided input for corporate strategy as a member of the senior management team. Developed and implemented the yearly sales budget. Created projects to maintain existing customers and develop new customer relationships which followed year-by-year sales strategy. Initiated and implemented the first written year-by-year sales strategy.Created a sale environment where employees worked as a team rather then as individuals.Decreased expenses in sales budget 53% in 2004 and an additional 12% in 2005Increased sales 35%, 38%, 36%, and 33% each year respectively
