- Reviewed and entered employee life cycle transactions, including new hires, terminations, FTE changes, salary changes, promotions, and transfers into the University's HR/Payroll system (Workday).- Developed expertise in Workday transactions, process flows, and understood downstream system and business impacts to ensure transaction entries' appropriateness.- Collaborated with HR Analysts to proactively address and rectify Workday transactions requiring follow-through, review, or correction.- Supported the new employee hire processes, including criminal history inquiries, new hire letter preparation, and new hire paperwork verification.- Participated in the new employee orientation process.

Responsible for collecting financial information and composed comprehensive financial plans for current and potential clients. This requires me to thoroughly review, maintain, and process account documents and information. I complete general office tasks such as appointment scheduling, scanning and uploading documents, and customer correspondence by phone or email.

I was responsible for giving excellent customer service by engaging with customers, managing multiple tasks at once, all while running day to day operations of the studio and helping to keep it clean. This position required collaboration with the manager to design, market, and execute studio events to increase/exceed studio sale goals. I provided human resources support for studio by interviewing and training new employees with customers, register work, and general studio tasks.
