As Director of Resource Innovation, I am responsible for ensuring that client resources are in line and ahead of market demands. I am responsible for managing the design, vendor selection, sales and implementation of workforce management solutions throughout Cadence Insurance’s corporate footprint. My specialty is developing health care strategies that effectively deliver relevant benefit plan information to employees maximizing client investment in their employees. Through a combination of consulting, technology, processes and insurance products, there is a measurable impact on the bottom line of our clients.
